About this app

Official METRO store app!
The application can be used by both existing clients and new ones. To do this, you need to register and receive an electronic guest card.

Save your card in the mobile application and you will no longer have to worry about its availability. You can easily use the electronic version of the card to enter the shopping center and at the checkout to make purchases.

Main functions of the METRO application:

Electronic client card
In the application, you can issue an electronic guest card, and also receive notifications, track the most interesting promotions and current prices for take-home products in the METRO store.

Grocery delivery
Now you don’t need to go to the grocery store - order groceries at home using the app. You can order products using promotions and special offers from METRO stores from the current catalogue. Grocery delivery is not available in all Russian cities*.

Purchase history and individual offers
View your order history, repeat previously placed orders and
receive personal coupons and bonuses for purchases in METRO stores.

Current catalog and promotions
View the current catalog of products, find out prices for food at home and promotions in METRO stores in your city.

Barcode scanner
Scan product barcodes with a scanner and get all the necessary information about them.

Technical support
In our application, you can also contact the “hotline” regarding a question that interests you.

Submit an application to open your own store “Fasol”
Open your own “Beans” grocery store in your city by submitting an application through the application.

There is no meaning in this app, because the prices it shows are frequently lower than the actual prices at the store THE SAME DAY. Even when after the purchase the app and the site continue to show the prices that are lower, the policy of METRO is "the prices at the store are final". Big store, small tricks. To add, when the app sends notifications, they lead to the main screen of the app, and not to the page related to the notification. Meaningless.

This application was fast and reliable. However, in 2022 this is not true anymore. Bonus points appear or disappear, coupons are declared, but it is impossible to open them... It seems that good IT workers left the company for good...

Waited for hours for the order to come after unknowingly ordering with pickup option which now comes at default thanks to the recent update. Now I'm stuck home with my covid quarantine and next available pickup is on 2nd of January. Happy New Year. New Edit : I also realized I was fully charged for the order that I cancelled due to my quarantine. What's the point of cancelling an order if you'll charge the Client fully anyway. Why even provide the cancelling option in the first place?
