It intermittently freezes, so I can't access my account and use it to its full potential. My most uninstalled and reinstalled app! I have to delete it and download again, regularly, for it to work.

I've been shopping with LaRedoute for many years and I've never been disappointed. The sales are always fantastic, the materials of all the items from all departments is first class and the delivery is always quick 😀

I found it difficult to add my details yesterday on my first order from La Redoute,, however I managed to get it correct in the end. Today was very straightforward and I managed fine. I have experience of La Redoute from many years ago when I was a customer, I was younger then,but I still have the Suede jacket I bought from you then and I still wear it. My is Elizabeth. I look forward to shopping with La Redoute.
